These custom stainless steel parts combine lost wax investment casting with optional machining and surface treatment. OEM and ODM services support a component-specific manufacturing request. Polishing and a natural appearance are available directions, with the actual stainless grade to be confirmed before the part is specified.
Polish and machining around the part
Machining is included when needed by the component rather than assumed for every surface. Identify the features requiring machining and the areas where polishing is required. Agree the desired natural appearance and surface acceptance against the part's intended use, keeping those requirements together with the selected stainless material.
Applying the 0.01 mm tolerance
The tolerance value is 0.01 mm, with its feature and process-stage application to be agreed. Mark the relevant dimensions and measurement requirements on the drawing so the value is connected to a defined acceptance condition. This allows the casting, any machining and the final surface treatment to be considered within the same component specification.
Drawings, inspection and material requirements
Drawing inputs include 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP formats. The polished casting parts are offered with 100% inspection. Agree the inspection content and records against the critical dimensions and finish requirements for the order. GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS requirements can be discussed using the exact applicable designation, with the selected stainless grade and required material documentation confirmed before approval.
