Service TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping
Aluminum alloy die-casting projects can begin with a prototype and develop into a defined production component. This OEM/ODM service combines high-pressure or precision die casting with configurable size, material and surface finish, allowing the part requirements to guide the manufacturing proposal.
Connect the material to the manufacturing route
Aluminum, zinc, magnesium and stainless steel form the stated material range. Choose the material together with the manufacturing route for the actual component, rather than assuming every material follows the same process. That pairing keeps a broad custom-manufacturing inquiry focused on a workable part proposal.
Allocate tolerance to the critical dimensions
A tolerance of ±0.05 mm and custom tolerance options give the drawing discussion a specific starting point. Identify the dimensions that control fit and agree the conditions under which their tolerances apply. This makes the precision requirement meaningful for the component instead of treating one value as acceptance for every surface.
Coordinate the finish with the finished dimensions
Mill finish, anodizing and powder coating are complete finish choices for discussion. Specify the chosen treatment alongside the material and dimensions so the accepted condition of the part is clear. A finish decision should remain connected to the component requirements rather than becoming an isolated appearance choice.
Set inspection around the intended component
Quality control includes 100% inspection, CMM, projector, caliper and salt spray testing. Match the required checks and test acceptance criteria to the part's use in automotive, electronics or industrial machinery work. Medical-device projects also need their own component requirements established before suitability is assumed.
Carry one definition from prototype into production
STP/STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T drawing formats support the custom manufacturing brief. Keep the selected material, tolerance allocation and finish consistent when the prototype is reviewed for production, and confirm any required ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or RoHS documentation for that project.
