Injection Wax for Repeat Jewelry Pattern Production
Choose injection wax for the patterns and process you need to repeat. Relia reviews the identified formulation with the injector, fine features and casting workflow, connecting a material trial to clear approval and repeat-supply records.

RELIA · PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
Start with the pattern and current injector
Relia's composite synthetic-wax reference lists 68–74°C injection temperature, shrinkage below 1%, ash below 0.003% and 25 kg cartons. Relia keeps those figures tied to that formulation. Your enquiry can compare mould filling, handling and burnout requirements using the selected grade rather than assume that bead colour identifies the same properties across the range.
| Your requirement | Relia product and service scope |
|---|---|
| Formulation | Composite synthetic injection wax; beads/granules |
| Listed process range | 68–74°C injection temperature |
| Listed properties | Shrinkage <1%; ash <0.003% on this reference |
| Supply reference | 25 kg/carton; 24-month stated shelf life under storage conditions |
02 · MATERIAL
Compare formulation data rather than colour alone
- Identified formulation
- Review the exact wax and relevant material data.
- Process compatibility
- Compare behaviour rather than pellet colour alone.
A blue pellet colour does not establish compatibility or performance. One listed formulation gives an ash field below 0.003 percent; confirm the exact item and applicable material information for your trial.
Technical notes
Start trials from the selected formulation's current processing sheet. The listed melting range of 65–75°C and injection range of 68–74°C describe different properties and uses. Do not replace the injection recipe with the machine's maximum temperature or with settings for a different wax.

MANUFACTURING ROUTE · FEATURES AND CONTROL
Turn the Selected Wax Into a Repeatable Pattern
The wax is conditioned for the formulation and injector, then introduced into a properly positioned mould using the selected injection settings. Cooling and removal affect the final pattern just as filling does. Relia's trial scope compares fine detail, thicker sections, flash and dimensions with the actual mould and settings. Pattern condition then carries into spruing, investing and removal during the downstream casting process. The accepted grade and processing window belong together, which helps avoid changing wax while unintentionally retaining an unsuitable recipe.

04 · PATTERN QUALITY
Use representative patterns for approval
- Representative pattern
- Select thin features, dimensions and surface details.
- Useful approval
- Define injection conditions and handling checks.
Choose the details that matter to your design, including thin features, dimensions and surface appearance. Define trial conditions and handling checks so the accepted material is connected to a relevant pattern result.

05 · PURCHASING RECORD
Request the documents needed for material handling
Keep the accepted wax grade, batch and trial settings together. Review shrinkage on the actual pattern and request current technical and handling documents. The reference lists 24 months in cool, dry storage; confirm supply date, packaging and storage conditions rather than assuming opened material retains the same life.
06 · PACKING
Protect material identity through delivery
- Material identity
- Retain lot and selected formulation records.
- Repeat supply
- Agree pack size, protection and storage requirements.
Agree pack size and protection suitable for the selected wax and route. Keep the supplied lot and storage requirements identifiable when a trial material moves into repeat purchasing.

07 · REPEAT ORDERS
Retain the approved material and trial basis
Keep the accepted formulation, pattern reference and agreed documents together. A changed wax, mould or injector condition should be visible when the next order is reviewed.
Technical notes
Provide the mould type, pattern dimensions, thin details and current injector settings. Compare successful fill, flash, removal and dimensional repeatability on representative patterns. Wax colour is a handling identifier, not a reliable way to infer toughness, shrinkage or processing behaviour.
