Custom Cast Signet Rings for Jewelry Brand OEM Orders

A signet-ring OEM order needs the final size, face detail and metal finish defined together. Relia reviews authorised designs, casting and engraving with a clear variant schedule and sample approval basis for repeat orders.

RELIA · PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURING SUPPORT

Define the design and ring-size family

Relia's signet-ring reference supports custom sizing, engraving and specified colour/finish, with brass, stainless, silver or alloy options and a one-piece enquiry reference. Relia fixes the actual material and finished requirement for each order. Your sample can then establish the signet face, size system and appearance before a repeat-production finish is agreed.

02 · GEOMETRY

Retain the details that shape the ring

Ring geometry
Mark face, shoulders and inside-band requirements.
Accepted design
Use the authorised drawing and sample as references.

Mark the face, shoulder transitions and inside-band requirements. Agree the drawing and sample basis so the casting review addresses the actual design rather than a similar catalogue silhouette.

Technical notes

Specify the actual base metal, plating stack, colour and surface finish. The source's lead-free/nickel-free wording requires material or test evidence for the chosen configuration and market; it is not applied automatically to every listed alloy or plating option.

MANUFACTURING ROUTE · FEATURES AND CONTROL

Preserve Signet Detail Through Casting and Surface Work

The ring model defines the size and face geometry, including the required relief or engraving. The selected pattern and investment route carries that shape into metal; sprue removal and finishing then prepare the piece for the agreed polish or plating. Relia's sample review considers where those operations can soften edges, reduce recessed detail or change the final ring size. Any material or contact-compliance requirement follows the chosen base metal and finish. Approval therefore uses the finished configuration rather than CAD detail or an unfinished casting alone.

04 · RANGE

Organize the collection by identifiable variants

Collection variants
Schedule sizes, head shapes and finishes clearly.
Order identity
Link each option to its approved reference.

Provide size, head-shape and finish variants in a clear schedule. Keep the approved reference for each option visible when one collection contains several related ring designs.

A variant schedule connects related designs to their individual approvals.

05 · CUSTOMIZATION

Review engraving and finishing after design approval

Approve ring size after finishing, face geometry, engraving legibility and appearance against a sample. Define material declarations or testing where required. A one-piece minimum supports a sample enquiry but does not establish the price or minimum for every branded repeat-production finish.

06 · SAMPLE DELIVERY

Protect samples and retain their identity

Sample protection
Protect each size and finished surface individually.
Repeat approval
Retain sample identity with the accepted variant schedule.

Agree individual protection and the records needed to identify each size and finish. Keep samples connected to the approval schedule when the order moves into repeat production.

07 · REPEAT SUPPLY

Retain the approved OEM order package

Keep the drawing, material, size schedule and finish sample together. Review changes to engraving, alloy or size against that record so a repeat order has a clear acceptance basis.

Technical notes

Provide a 3D model, ring-size system, face dimensions and artwork with the required engraving depth. Include sample quantity and repeat demand. Small relief and recessed lettering can change during casting and polishing, so approval should focus on the finished detail rather than CAD alone.
