Wax-Injection Equipment for Repeatable Jewelry Pattern Production
Repeatable wax patterns depend on the wax, mould and injection configuration working together. Relia reviews the selected injector's pressure, nozzle, temperature controls and accessories around your actual pattern-making task and acceptance trial.

RELIA · PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
Identify the pattern-production constraint
Relia's automatic vacuum-injector reference lists a 3 kg tank, 500 W, 220 V and a 55–99.9°C control range; a dual-nozzle reference offers 110/220 V options. Relia's enquiry connects the tank, nozzle, clamp and operating sequence to your moulds. The selected wax's processing sheet determines the starting trial settings within that machine range.
| Your requirement | Relia product and service scope |
|---|---|
| Automatic reference | 3 kg wax tank; 500 W; 220 V |
| Temperature range | 55–99.9°C machine control field |
| Alternative | Dual nozzle; 500 W; 110/220 V options |
| Trial result | Fill, flash, dimensions and demoulding on actual patterns |
02 · FUNCTIONS
Compare the pressure and nozzle configuration
- Mould interface
- Identify nozzle, pressure and clamping requirements.
- Actual functions
- Confirm included vacuum or other selected features.
Confirm the pressure, nozzle and any vacuum or clamping functions included in the selected unit. A similar machine outline does not establish the same operating configuration.
Technical notes
Compare tank capacity, nozzle arrangement, clamp range and operating sequence. Use the wax supplier's processing guidance to establish trial settings within the machine's range. The source's malformed injection-time field is not repeated as a usable machine specification.

MANUFACTURING ROUTE · FEATURES AND CONTROL
Control Mould Filling and Pattern Removal Together
The selected wax is conditioned for the injector, while mould positioning, closure and any vacuum assistance prepare the cavity. Injection pressure, time and temperature work together to fill fine details without excessive flash. Relia's trial review then follows cooling and removal, because a completely filled pattern can still distort during demoulding or shrink outside the required size. Representative thin and thick features are compared using the actual wax and mould, and the accepted combination is retained for repeat pattern work.

04 · SPECIFICATION
Read temperature and capacity fields in context
- Wax processing
- Use settings appropriate to the selected formulation.
- Machine specification
- Confirm usable tank capacity and ordered electrical supply.
A controller range is not the required wax-processing temperature. Confirm usable tank capacity, selected electrical supply and the operating settings appropriate to the actual wax and machine configuration.

05 · ACCEPTANCE
Plan pattern trials around the required features
Assess representative patterns for fill, flash, shrinkage and removal without damage. Record the accepted mould, wax and settings together. A higher temperature or pressure is not automatically better, and a machine's maximum control setting is not a recipe for every formulation.
06 · SUPPLY
Keep accessories and operator support explicit
- Included accessories
- List fixtures, pumps, connections and tools.
- Operator handover
- Agree instructions and support for the actual unit.
List the nozzle fixtures, pump, power connection and any included tools. Operating instructions, training or remote support need an agreed scope for the actual unit.

07 · PURCHASING
Quote the upgrade on one configuration basis
Retain the required functions, mould interface, capacity and handover work together. Make unresolved material or workshop inputs visible before accepting the wax-station package.
Technical notes
Provide mould dimensions, cavity count, pattern detail and the current wax formulation. Include the desired repeat output and whether mould clamping or vacuum assistance is needed. Thin details and thicker sections may need different pressure and temperature trials.
