ApplicationGold Silver Jewelry Lost Wax CastingAccessoriesHand air pump, power cord
This 350W pressurized wax injector serves jewelry lost wax molding with digital temperature control and adjustable pressure. AC110V/220V dual voltage and an adjustable 0–300°C control range are electrical and temperature references. The intended gold/silver jewelry workflow uses wax patterns, with the actual wax and mold conditions to agree.
Temperature, pressure and wax conditions
Choose the required wax formulation and mold arrangement for the jewelry pattern. Define actual temperature and pressure settings within the selected operating arrangement, and agree how the pattern result is accepted. The 0–300°C reference describes the adjustable control range; actual wax settings and required temperature accuracy need their own operating basis.
Thermostat, gauge and construction
Components include a digital thermostat, pressure gauge and safety valve. Construction directions specify a cold-rolled steel shell and an aluminum wax nozzle. Confirm the actual nozzle/mold fit and operating instructions, together with any pressure or safety acceptance requirements for the selected wax-injection arrangement.
Dual-voltage setup and equipment size
Confirm the electrical frequency and the procedure for using the AC110V/220V dual-voltage direction. Equipment dimensions are 29×24×38cm in length, width and height, also expressed as 11.42×9.45×14.96 inches. Match the actual setup and operating access to that equipment geometry.
Accessories and warranty scope
A hand air pump and power cord are the accessory directions, with a one-year warranty for the equipment. Agree the supplied inventory, actual operating instructions and warranty terms for the selected unit. Keep the wax, nozzle and mold requirements connected to that complete jewelry-molding setup.
