An electronic shell has to be considered as a physical part of the equipment layout. This OEM aluminum-alloy casting service brings chassis shells, panel work, CNC machining and surface selection into a component brief, with either the specified shell size or dimensions developed from drawings.
Fit the enclosure to the electronic layout
The 265*139*53 mm size gives an enclosure inquiry a concrete starting point. Compare that geometry with the intended electronic assembly and identify any dimensions that need to change for the project. Custom machining from 2D or 3D drawings allows the proposed shell to be discussed through its actual dimensions, rather than relying on a general enclosure name.

- 265*139*53 mm or a drawing-defined custom version.
- Drawing files
- PDF, DWG, IGS and STP formats for the enclosure brief.
Choose the material before the surface
The material range includes Al5052, Al5005, Al5083 and Al5A05, alongside SGCC, SECC, SS and copper. Select the material and suitable manufacturing route for the individual chassis component. Painting, powder coating, electroplating, anodizing and mirror polishing can then be discussed for that material, with the required appearance and accepted surface condition made clear.
Plan casting and CNC work around the housing
Die-casting equipment and a CNC machining center support the manufacturing discussion. Separate the shell geometry from areas requiring CNC work so the quotation describes the intended finished enclosure. Agree how GB5237.1-2008 High Precision Grade applies to the housing drawing, and identify the dimensions used for acceptance. Any ISO9001:2015, CE or RoHS requirement should be tied to the applicable documents and scope for the electronic project.
