Fully refined, high-grade composite synthetic wax is offered for jewelry injection patterns and lost wax investment casting. The wax is solid and available in bead, granule or pellet form. Its ash-content limit is below 0.003%, with a shrinkage rate below 1% for the stated high-stability direction.
Wax form and four color directions
Aqua Blue, Emerald Green, Turbo Red and Pink are the available color directions. Confirm the selected wax grade and color together with the form required for the jewelry process. Relate that selection to the mould, injection equipment and pattern detail that will determine acceptance of the wax model.
Ash and shrinkage acceptance
Use the below-0.003% ash value and below-1% shrinkage value when defining the required result for the actual pattern process. Agree the test or acceptance conditions for that jewelry job, including how the dimensional result and residue will be assessed. Keep those conditions with the selected wax so the numerical limits have a clear process context.
Injection range and melting-point confirmation
The injection temperature range is 68–74°C (154–165°F). Confirm its application to the selected mould and equipment through the wax process guidance. The separate melting-point value is 65–75, with the temperature scale and test basis to be confirmed; keep that property separate from the injection-temperature requirement.
Storage and material selection
Shelf life is 24 months when the wax is stored in a cool, dry place. Confirm the lot and storage conditions when ordering the selected color and form. Approve the wax against the intended pattern, equipment and acceptance criteria before introducing it into the jewelry casting workflow.
