Carbon steel and stainless steel precision castings are offered through silica sol lost wax casting, with OEM and ODM customization. Machining can be included when needed, and surface treatment follows the customer's requirements. Small orders are accepted, with material reports available for traceability.
Material and feature tolerance
Select the grade needed by the component and define its geometry on the drawing. The tolerance range is 0.01–0.05 mm, with the applicable features and manufacturing stage to agree. Identify the dimensions that govern acceptance so the selected tolerance is applied to the intended part details.
Optional machining and surface scope
Machining is part of the offer when the design requires it. Mark the surfaces needing machining and specify the treatment and final condition required for the component. Agree these secondary requirements with the selected carbon steel or stainless steel grade, keeping the casting and finishing acceptance in one part definition.
Material reports and small-order approval
Material reports can be provided to support traceability for the custom casting order. Define the report content and acceptance requirements for the actual grade and component duty. Discuss the order quantity and available production-capacity allocation for the selected material and part, including the needs of a small-order project. Agree how each material report will identify the approved casting order. Approve the material records, feature requirements and customer surface scope together before confirming the casting work.
