Build a semi-open pump-component enquiry around its blade geometry, material and pump interface. This precision investment-casting service supports OEM and ODM customization, with casting, machining when needed and a surface treatment agreed for the part.
Select the material and define the diameter
Brass, carbon steel, cast iron and stainless steel options are each paired with the diameter label 25–400. Establish the diameter unit and the actual size required for the selected component. The material grade and dimension should be agreed together with the drawing that defines its pump interfaces.
Describe the required blade arrangement
A 12-blade reference accompanies the semi-open component direction. Blade-shape directions include curved, folded, serrated, spiral, straight, turbine and wavy forms. Identify the actual shape and arrangement required for the project so the casting enquiry describes one defined component and its intended pump duty.
Check the mounting direction against the pump
Horizontal, rotor-down and universal mounting directions are available to discuss. Establish the orientation and interface geometry needed by the intended pump assembly. The mounting agreement should identify the actual component position and fit requirements for that application.
Agree the custom process and support scope
Define whether the casting requires additional machining and specify the final surface treatment. A one-year warranty and ISO9001:2008/TS16949 certificate references accompany the service; establish the relevant coverage and scope for the order. Confirm the selected material, geometry and acceptance together with the pump duty so the manufacturing request has a clear finished-part definition.
