Robust automotive housings are offered through a combination of die casting and CNC milling, with corrosion-resistant coatings. OEM/ODM customization includes a custom logo option and a minimum order of ten pieces. The housing design can be reviewed around its cast geometry, machined interfaces and requested surface condition.

Cast form and CNC-milled interfaces

Identify the cast housing form and the areas that require CNC milling or other dimensional work. The tolerance reference is 0.001 mm, with its feature, convention and measurement conditions to be agreed for the part. This connects the precision discussion to actual interfaces instead of assigning the same requirement to every cast surface.

Material and processing choices

Material capabilities include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened and precious metals, stainless steel, steel alloys, titanium and plastic. Processing choices also include broaching, drilling, etching/chemical machining, laser machining, turning, wire EDM, micro machining, stamping, welding and rapid prototyping. Select the material and operations for the housing so the chosen route follows the actual geometry and intended component requirements.

Corrosion-resistant surface and acceptance

Corrosion-resistant coatings provide a specific surface direction for the automotive housing. Define the coating and acceptance required for the intended environment, including any test criteria that matter to the application. Keeping those requirements attached to the chosen material and housing design makes the surface discussion concrete without assuming a coating chemistry or exposure rating.

Custom batch and identification

The minimum order is 10 pieces, and custom logos are accepted. Quality control includes 100% QC inspection, with the dimensions and surface criteria to be agreed for the requested batch. Bring the logo, alloy, machined interfaces and coating acceptance into the same component definition so the custom order addresses the housing actually needed by the project.
