This automatic vacuum wax injection system uses a PLC core component for jewelry wax-model making and lost-wax investment casting. Electrical scope is AC220V and 500W (0.67hp), with the supplied unit's frequency to be confirmed for the installation.
Match the wax and mold to the control ranges
The wax tank capacity is 3kg. Match the formulation and usable wax charge to the mold and intended jewelry pattern. Temperature range is 55–99.9°C, clamp time is 0–300s and vacuum time is 0–99.9s. Agree the mold, clamping arrangement and selected settings against the required pattern detail. These parameters provide distinct controls to review together when defining the wax-model sequence for the actual design.
Confirm injection timing and the supplied electrical setup
The injection-timer designation is 0–6005s; confirm its intended range and operation from the control instructions before setting the cycle. Check the supplied electrical nameplate for the required 50/60Hz installation. Keep the injection, vacuum and clamp functions identified separately when reviewing the operating procedure. Match that procedure to the chosen wax and mold, with a trial pattern used to establish the accepted process settings.
Review the injector layout and pattern evidence
Machine dimensions are 600 × 452 × 516mm in length, width and height, giving the equipment outline for the layout discussion. Outgoing inspection video and a machinery test report are provided for this wax-injection equipment. Review the control functions and electrical configuration with those materials, then agree the operator procedure and pattern acceptance for the selected mold. A useful equipment enquiry connects the actual wax-model design, timer settings and supplied configuration in the same review.
