ServiceCustom Casting parts as per drawings or sample
Develop custom zinc or aluminum cast parts through OEM casting and molding services. The aluminum material choices include ZL101 and A356, with other client-required material considered for the actual component. Drawings or a reference sample provide the starting point for defining its shape and processing requirements.
Choose the cast-aluminum grade and forming route
Low-pressure casting, gravity casting and sand casting are aluminum processing directions. Select the grade and route together with the component geometry rather than treating these as an identical process for every metal. For a zinc part, establish its own alloy and forming route before applying aluminum-specific criteria.
Separate CT5–7 casting from CNC dimensions
The CT5–7 reference concerns cast aluminum. CNC machining, lathing, milling, turning, boring and drilling provide subsequent processing options, with the actual operations selected for the part. Mark which dimensions are controlled in the casting and which need a finished machining tolerance; this keeps the casting reference distinct from final interface requirements.
Define anodized or painted sample acceptance
Anodizing and painting are available according to the requested surface treatment. Identify the areas to be treated and the required finished appearance for the chosen aluminum alloy. Cast-aluminum sample testing is available, so dimensional and surface acceptance can be discussed around a sample part as well as the original drawing or reference sample. Agree the sample evaluation criteria and the machining and finish scope together.
