Custom OEM component enquiries cover iron, Zamak, steel and aluminum castings through selected vacuum die, sand or investment casting routes. Copper and brass are additional material enquiries, with sizes customized for the part. Technical capabilities include casting, turning, milling and a CNC centre, allowing the required forming and subsequent operations to be discussed together.

Choose compatible material and forming scope

Identify the metal grade and provide the component geometry before selecting the casting route. Plastic requirements need a separate material and forming plan. For a galvanized-material enquiry, define the base metal and coating specification. These details keep the required material condition connected to the actual part and the manufacturing scope being requested.

Define machined dimensions and selected surfaces

Mark the dimensions and faces requiring turning or milling and describe the relevant CNC-centre work. Powder coating, electroplating, oxidation and anodization are surface choices to select with the material and stage. State the required finished condition for the faces concerned, including dimensional limits that apply after treatment, so the component has a coordinated processing specification.

Review application and quality requirements

Application enquiries include appliances, automotive, building and capital equipment. Explain the component's function and acceptance requirements alongside the drawing. ISO9001:2015 certification is stated, with relevant scope to be confirmed for the manufacturing work. Bringing grade, casting route, machining and surface requirements together gives the OEM enquiry a practical basis for reviewing the component against its intended use.
