OEM lost wax investment casting services cover brass, iron and stainless steel requests for industrial components. Customized sizes, machining if needed and polishing are actual work directions. A 100% inspection service is offered for the casting scope, with its actual checks and acceptance requirements to agree.
Seven file formats for the industrial part
Provide 2D files in PDF, CAD, DWG or DXF, or 3D files in IGES, STEP or VDA. Use the actual component drawing to define geometry and required dimensions. Select the material and grade needed for its industrial duty and agree the part-level acceptance conditions with that request.
Optional machining and polished condition
Determine which component features require machining after casting. Agree the actual operations and accepted dimensions for those features, retaining the if-needed scope. Identify the areas to polish and define the final surface condition required by the part. Keep the accepted polished appearance and dimensional requirements consistent with the chosen material and geometry.
Inspection coverage and agreed OEM responsibility
The industrial casting work includes a 100% inspection direction, with the actual characteristics, methods and records to define for the component. Specify the checks needed for the accepted dimensions and polished surfaces. Confirm the requested quantity with the complete material, lost wax investment casting, optional machining and polishing scope. Agree actual OEM design/manufacturing responsibility and the documentation needed to accept that component before completing the inquiry.
