Custom aluminum-alloy casting services offer die, gravity and investment casting directions for aviation, automotive and telecom component projects. Part directions include enclosures, motor parts and gearbox parts. OEM/ODM support provides customer sizing, custom color and powder coating for the selected component.

Enclosure, motor or gearbox part geometry

Define the actual component and its required aluminum alloy before selecting a casting route. The enclosure, motor-part and gearbox-part directions each need a clear geometry and dimensional acceptance basis. Agree whether die, gravity or investment casting applies to the selected material and part requirements.

Drawings and powder-coated appearance

Drawing inputs include 3D, CAD, DWG and PDF. Use the component definition to identify the dimensions and surfaces that matter, then specify the areas requiring powder coating. Custom color can be included in the request, with appearance and surface acceptance agreed alongside the geometry.

Requirements for the intended industry

Aviation, automotive and telecom are application directions for the casting service. Define the component's actual role and operating requirements, including any qualifications that the project requires. Those criteria should guide the alloy, process and finished-condition acceptance for the selected aluminum part.

An effective OEM/ODM request combines the alloy, component geometry, selected casting route and powder-coated color requirements. Providing the relevant application acceptance criteria together with the drawing input gives the enclosure, motor or gearbox casting discussion a clear component-specific basis.
