    OEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping

OEM/ODM aluminum precision die castings support custom hardware fittings and appliance parts, with high-pressure die casting and prototyping available. Size, material and surface finish are selected for the component. The ±0.05 mm tolerance reference and custom-tolerance option can be reviewed against the dimensions required by the design.

Define the aluminum component and die-casting route

Identify the aluminum grade, geometry and die-casting mold requirements for the hardware or appliance part. Other material enquiries include zinc, magnesium and stainless steel; agree a suitable manufacturing route for the actual chosen grade. Automotive, electronics, industrial machinery and medical-device components are further application contexts, each with its own component requirements to establish.

Use the 3D drawing to agree dimensions and finish

STP, STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T are supported 3D drawing inputs. Identify the dimensions governed by the tolerance reference or a requested custom tolerance. Finish choices include mill finish, anodizing and powder coating, with any plating requirement discussed separately. Specify the surfaces that need treatment and their required final condition alongside the dimensional requirements.

Match the inspection method to the accepted component

Inspection coverage is 100% for these custom die-cast components. CMM, projector, caliper and salt-spray testing are available methods to select for the inspection plan. Agree the dimensional limits and any salt-spray acceptance criteria that matter to the selected material and finish. ISO9001, IATF16949 and RoHS compliance can be reviewed for the current object and scope required by the order, keeping qualification specific to the component and its intended use.
