Custom OEM industrial-part inquiries include aluminum die casting, brass casting and precision metal machining. Material directions cover aluminum, steel, copper and brass, with one-piece orders available and the actual grade, geometry and route agreed for the selected component.

Define the material and casting or machining scope

Choose the grade required by the industrial component and identify its starting condition. State whether the inquiry concerns a casting, machining work or a combined requirement. This lets the material and finished geometry guide the supply scope without treating every metal as an identical casting configuration.

Use the model to describe the finished part

Drawing inputs can be PDF, IGS, DWG, STEP or STP. Include the dimensions that control assembly and identify the areas requiring the agreed processing. A one-piece request still needs a clear finished-condition definition so the component can be accepted against the same material and dimensional requirements as a larger order.

Specify polishing, anodizing or an exact coating

Polishing and anodizing are available finishing directions. For a coating requirement, state the exact treatment and final surface condition to be confirmed for the chosen material. Identify any areas where appearance or assembly fit needs particular control, and keep those details with the drawing and dimension acceptance.

Material
Selected aluminum, steel, copper or brass grade.
Processing
Actual casting and machining scope for the component.
Finished condition
Dimensions, tolerances and the chosen surface treatment.

Include the intended quantity with the drawing and finish brief. If purchasing requires ISO9001:2015 documentation, establish which holder and scope apply to the agreed order. These decisions connect the selected material, processing and surface to the finished industrial component.
