Custom stainless steel and brass parts are available through lost wax investment casting with precision CNC machining. Steel casting requests for industrial work can also be discussed. OEM and ODM services address size and shape requirements, with professional inspection included in the service directions.
Define the material and component shape
Select the actual stainless steel, brass or steel grade for the part and describe its intended industrial duty. The size and shape can be customized around that component definition. Identify the dimensions that govern acceptance so the material choice and casting geometry are considered together.
Allocate precision CNC work
CNC machining is available for the features required by the design. Separate the areas that remain cast from those that need machining and agree the dimensional or surface acceptance for each. If the project includes a sand-related casting request, confirm its actual manufacturing route and material scope before it is added to the order.
Inspect against the agreed scope
Professional inspection can be defined around the selected material, casting shape and CNC-finished details. Agree the inspection content and records required by the industrial project, using the component drawing as the reference for acceptance. Identify any exact material or product standard that the order must address and confirm its applicable documentation. Keep those inspection requirements with the OEM or ODM part definition before manufacturing approval.
