Custom stainless steel investment castings combine OEM/ODM service with CNC machining when needed. Sizes are customizable, with CT5–CT9 casting tolerance and a separate machining reference of ±0.001 whose unit and feature scope must be agreed for the part.
Separate casting grades from CNC acceptance
Use CT5–CT9 to define the relevant casting requirement and identify which dimensions need subsequent CNC work. The ±0.001 machining reference needs its unit confirmed before it can serve as a dimensional acceptance criterion. Relate that clarified requirement to the actual geometry and measurement stage, keeping the cast shape distinct from the machined dimensions.
Five finishes including KTL e-coating
Polishing, powder coating, brushing, zinc plating and KTL e-coating are surface-treatment choices for the custom component. Identify the motor-housing or other component surfaces selected for treatment. Select the treatment and identify the surfaces it concerns together with the stainless grade and dimensions. This makes the surface requirement part of a single finished-component definition rather than an appearance choice disconnected from the machining work.

Application directions include automotive parts, motor housings, machinery and agricultural parts. These stainless investment cast components receive 100% inspection, with acceptance criteria to be defined for the chosen design and use. Specify the relevant dimensional and finished-surface checks, and confirm applicable ISO9001 or TS16949 certificate scope where the project's sourcing requirements call for formal documentation.
