    Customer's Drawing Request

Custom OEM/ODM precision casting work covers aluminum die-cast parts, with cast-iron and zinc directions for separately defined material/process inquiries. Client specifications and drawings establish the requested component. Customized color and surface finish accompany 100% inspection, with the required appearance forming part of the delivered-condition acceptance.

Client specification and selected material

Choose the actual aluminum, cast-iron or zinc component and agree the material requirement and manufacturing route. The client specification gives that selection a defined scope for the custom request. Connecting the part geometry and material choice allows the precision-casting discussion to address the component actually needed.

Drawing size and tolerance

Size requires the customer's drawing, and tolerance follows the drawing request. Identify the dimensions and interfaces that matter to the selected part, together with their acceptance criteria. This makes the custom geometry and precision requirement specific to the component, with a clear dimensional basis for inspection.

Custom color, finish and appearance

Color and surface finish are customized to the customer's requirements. Define the desired appearance and the component areas where the finish applies, then connect those requirements with the selected material. The appearance objective and delivered dimensions can be reviewed together for the actual casting design.

Inspection against the component definition

Quality control includes 100% inspection. Agree the dimensional and delivered-surface checks for the selected custom part, using the drawing and client requirements as the acceptance basis. The OEM/ODM inquiry can then bring the material, geometry, color and finish into the same component scope, with inspection connected to those choices.
