This automatic vacuum pressure jewelry casting machine has a maximum 1kg gold casting capacity and a single-phase 220 V supply direction. Silver and platinum requests need confirmation of the chosen alloy and thermal configuration. Agree the actual casting route and electrical power for the supplied equipment.
Selected metal and temperature measurement
K-type temperature measurement extends up to 1150°C. Confirm the heating and sensing arrangement required by the actual gold, silver or platinum process before treating a named metal as a configured application. High accuracy, temperature control, energy saving, rigidity, ease of use and multifunctional operation are qualitative feature directions, with operating acceptance to define.
Cup placement and equipment envelope
The machine supports steel-cup placement up to 4 x 8 inches. Check the selected cup geometry and working clearances against the casting arrangement. The equipment envelope is 580 x 546 x 880 mm (22.83 x 21.50 x 34.65 in), providing dimensional references for the installation plan.
Pump, pressure and protective gas
The pump reference calls for a high-flow configuration of 40 L and above, with its unit and measurement basis to confirm. Working pressure is 200 kPa; agree the pressure reference and conditions for that value. Define argon or nitrogen protective-gas use for the selected metal and process, together with the equipment's actual operating requirements.
Acceptance evidence and one-year warranty
Outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are offered for the casting equipment. Agree the records that will describe the supplied configuration and its acceptance for the chosen process. One-year warranty coverage is offered, with the maintenance responsibilities and applicable terms to confirm alongside the equipment's operating and service requirements.
