Investment-casting and machining part requests include titanium, zinc alloy, stainless steel, copper and aluminum-alloy directions. Select the actual supplied material specification, with customer-requested size, OEM dimensions, customized surface/color and samples offered before an order.

Supplied material and casting/machining allocation

Identify the component geometry and selected material before assigning casting and machining work. Define the controlled dimensions, tolerance limits and measurement basis required for acceptance of that actual part.

Customized color and surface condition

Choose the actual surface-treatment method, color and treated areas for the selected material. Relate the finished condition to the component's real interfaces, duty and dimensional/surface/functional acceptance.

Sample acceptance before the order

Agree sample scope and acceptance against the same supplied material, drawing and finished-condition requirements. Establish actual quantity and responsible dimensional, manufacturing and inspection work before confirming the component supply.
