Stainless-steel 304 cold-storage door-lock accessories are an investment and lost-wax casting direction. CNC machining is available if needed, followed by selected surface treatment. Define the actual accessory drawing and working conditions so that the casting and finished lock-related geometry have agreed requirements.
Accessory geometry and custom size
Size is customized for the requested component. Identify the door-lock accessory, its working details and the dimensions controlled by the drawing. Agree the actual material specification and operating conditions for that use. OEM and ODM service covers the custom enquiry, with the selected machining and finishing scope to be defined.
Casting and machining acceptance
The casting-tolerance reference is CT5–CT9. The machining-tolerance reference is +/-0.001, with its unit, covered dimensions and manufacturing stage to confirm.

Finish and inspection scope
Polishing, powder coating, brushing, zinc plating and KTL e-coating are surface directions. Choose the treatment for the actual metal and define its coverage and accepted result. A 100% inspection system is offered, with ISO9001 and TS16949 as quality or certification references requiring applicable documents and scope. Automotive parts, motor housings, machinery and agricultural parts are broader applications. Agree the actual component's dimensional, finish and inspection criteria for the selected duty.
