Precision thin-wall investment-casting parts in 304 or 316 stainless steel are available with OEM/ODM mold-making and customized size/structural design. Supporting work includes CNC machining, 5-axis milling and CNC lathe processing. Supply covers prototype to mass production with full-process inspection, with actual wall geometry and component acceptance to define.

Thin-wall geometry and the selected stainless grade

Choose 304 or 316 for the actual component duty and define its wall thickness on the drawing. Identify the important dimensions, interfaces and required supplied condition for that geometry. Agree the cast-dimensional and inspection requirements for those thin-wall areas, connecting the selected material and structural design to the part's intended function.

CNC areas and the part or mold task

Define the interfaces requiring 5-axis milling or CNC lathe work and their finished dimensions. Establish the supplied component or tooling object and the machining scope needed for its geometry. Relate those operations to the thin-wall design and measurement requirements, agreeing acceptance for the actual interfaces after the selected work.

Broader materials and manufacturing-route selection

Available materials include aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and cast iron, with investment-casting and die-casting/CNC directions. Select the actual material and route for the requested object. Applications include automotive, electronics, home hardware and mechanical components, with their specific use defining the required geometry and finished condition.

Prototype stage and thin-wall inspection acceptance

Define the prototype or production work and the design/mold scope included at that stage. Agree the checks needed through the selected manufacturing process. Connect the wall-thickness and dimensional requirements to the actual material, cast/machined areas and supplied-component acceptance within the full-process inspection scope for the OEM/ODM task.
