Custom precision nickel-alloy gas-turbine blade enquiries use investment and lost-wax casting for industrial power generation, jet engines and marine-engine applications. Inconel 718 and 738 are nickel-based superalloy references. Select the actual grade and blade drawing for the OEM/ODM fabrication request.

Blade dimensions, heat treatment and surface

The tolerance reference is ±0.01mm. Agree the covered features, manufacturing stage and measurement acceptance for the requested blade. Heat-treatment directions are vacuum solution and precipitation hardening. Thermal-spray coating, referenced as TBC, and polishing are surface choices whose actual coverage and acceptance need agreement.

Inspection and engine-application scope

Inspection directions include X-ray, FPI, tensile testing and hardness testing. Select the actual objects, methods and accepted results for the blade enquiry. ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D are certification references. Confirm the applicable documents and their scope with the actual engine component and required duty.

Machining and broader material enquiries

Etching or chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning, wire EDM and other machining services are operation directions. Rapid prototyping is available. Broader material capabilities include aluminum, brass, bronze, hardened metals, precious metals, stainless steel and steel alloys. Any Jaddon-material request requires its actual material specification to be defined. Agree the component and route for those additional directions.

OEM/ODM blade request

Provide the alloy specification, blade revision and engine duty. Bring them together with the selected casting, heat treatment, coating, dimensions and inspection requirements used to accept the finished component.
