Precision custom OEM work covers cast iron and metal die casting part enquiries for appliance, auto, building and capital equipment applications. Sizes are customized to the required component. Define the chosen material and a suitable casting route for that part, then connect the drawing requirements to any turning, milling or CNC center operations.
Material and route are separate choices
The wider material menu includes aluminum, copper and brass, alongside separate plastic enquiries. Specify the cast iron or other material grade required for the component rather than applying one die casting process to every material. Clarify any additional material designation and the intended process. The selected combination should reflect the actual geometry, use and accepted finished condition.
Set the machining and surface scope
Casting, turning, milling and CNC center work are offered techniques. Mark the dimensions, mating faces or other details requiring further work so that the manufacturing scope is clear. Available surface directions are powder coating, electroplating, oxide treatment and anodization. Select one for the actual material and agree which areas receive the treatment and how the result will be accepted.
Define the OEM component package
Customized OEM service is accepted, with ISO9001:2015 referenced for this work. An appliance part and a capital equipment component can have different acceptance requirements even when both start with custom geometry.
