Quality Control100% Inspection
Precision aluminum-alloy casting and aluminum/stainless-steel/brass/copper sand-casting services include CNC machining and surface treatment. The machining scope is non-micro, with a 0.02 mm tolerance reference and 100% inspection. Actual material requirements, selected operations and controlled component geometry define the part being requested.
Broaching, chemical/laser work and wire EDM
Operation directions include broaching, drilling, etching/chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning, wire EDM, other machining services and rapid prototyping. Select the actual operations for the supplied component and assign them to its geometry. Agree the dimensions and manufacturing stage governed by the 0.02 mm reference, with the required measurement basis and acceptance.
Eight material families and the casting task
Capabilities cover aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals, stainless steel and steel alloys. Specify the actual material designation to meet the customer's requirements. Define the sand-casting or machining task and important interfaces, connecting the selected material and manufacturing scope to the component's intended function and finished condition.
Paint, powder coating, plating and polish
These are the surface-treatment directions, with customized colors. Identify the selected treatment and requested appearance for the actual material. Define the treated areas and their visual and dimensional acceptance after the chosen work. Relate those requirements to the controlled machined interfaces, establishing the surface condition needed for the supplied component.
Geometry files and full-inspection checks
Inputs are 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP. Use the actual geometry to define the operations, controlled dimensions and finish/color requirements. Agree the checks within the 100% inspection scope, connecting material, machining-stage measurements and treated surfaces to the acceptance of the specific non-micro part or prototype being requested.
