Polished stainless-steel investment-casting parts are offered with OEM/ODM precision mold-making, customized size and structural design. Supporting work includes CNC machining, 5-axis milling and CNC lathe processing. Supply covers prototype to mass production with full-process inspection, with the actual component and its polished condition defining the requested work.
Stainless component and polished-interface requirements
Identify the actual stainless designation and the geometry needed for the part's intended function. Define the areas requiring polish and the appearance expected on those surfaces. Relate their finished condition to important dimensional interfaces, agreeing how the polishing work and component fit will be assessed together for the supplied casting.
5-axis and lathe machining within the part geometry
Select the areas needing further CNC work and define their finished dimensions. Assign 5-axis milling or CNC lathe processing according to the actual manufacturing task. Connect those machining requirements to the polished surfaces and structural design, establishing measurement and acceptance criteria for the interfaces needed in the finished component.
Material and actual casting or mold scope
The broader materials cover aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and cast iron, with investment-casting and die-casting/CNC directions. Establish the supplied part or tooling object and agree its selected material and route. Applications include automotive, electronics, home hardware and mechanical components, with the actual use determining the required geometry and finished condition.
Prototype stage and full-process acceptance
Define the prototype or production component being requested and the size/design work included at that stage. Agree the checks needed through the selected manufacturing process. Connect material, dimensional and polished-surface inspection to the actual part definition, establishing finished acceptance for the chosen application and the specific OEM/ODM work being supplied.
