Polished 304 stainless-steel cast fittings can be discussed for water-line and other piping projects, with OEM/ODM support. Select the actual fitting shape, dimensions and connection requirements before ordering so the component brief matches the intended pipe assembly.
Agree the fitting shape and connection
For the 1/2-inch stainless-steel elbow selection, define the complete geometry and mating connection. An equal-tee inquiry needs its required form and drawing agreed separately. Welding, female and male connection directions are available to discuss, with the chosen connection details defined for the selected fitting.
Use inch sizing with actual dimensions
The inch-based size direction runs from 1/2 to 4. Confirm the selected nominal size together with the actual dimensions required by the pipe assembly, including the round end geometry and overall height. Any custom mounting-hole diameter should be stated on the component requirement rather than assumed from the general size range.
Match the stainless surface to the service
Polishing and corrosion- or chemical-resistance directions are part of the fitting requirement. Confirm compatibility with the intended medium and temperature for the selected 304 component. If flexibility is required, define what that means for the actual fitting or assembly instead of assuming a particular physical construction from the application name.
Set the pipe-class and standard acceptance
The pipe class is Not Rated. Establish the required pressure, service and application acceptance before selecting the fitting, and identify the applicable DIN standard designation. Food, pharmaceutical, oil/gas or other specialist applications need their relevant approval requirements agreed for the actual component; a broad application direction does not define that approval.
