OEM industrial boat-part and construction-boat accessory enquiries include steel and aluminum investment-casting directions. Stainless steel is a further material direction for the requested part. Select the actual grade and component drawing before agreeing the manufacturing and accepted finished requirements.

Boat component and engineering support

In-house technical capability and experienced professional engineers support the enquiry. Define the boat part or accessory and its working conditions. Service requests also include building-material shops, with the actual object and requirements to agree. Identify the geometry and dimensions relevant to the selected component's use.

Casting, CNC and roughness references

The minimum casting-tolerance reference is +/-0.15mm. Agree the covered dimensions and manufacturing stage for that requirement. DIN2768-mK is the CNC-tolerance reference, with its governing document and dimensional scope to confirm. Roughness is Ra1.6, with the unit, assessed surfaces and measurement acceptance to be defined.

Polished surfaces and gauge scope

Polishing is the surface-treatment direction. Define the areas and accepted surface condition for the actual metal. Agree the regular gauge-detection scope and its relationship to the component's accepted measurements. Bring those requirements together with the cast and selected CNC details on the drawing.

Service documents and component acceptance

IATF16949:2016 is the certification reference for the enquiry. Confirm the applicable documents and service scope with the selected material and component requirements. Agree the grade, drawing revision, duty and dimensional, polished-surface and inspection criteria for the requested boat part or other component.
