OEM custom enquiries include stainless-steel investment casting and aluminum-alloy die casting. Alloy steel and carbon steel are further material directions. Select the actual grade and route for the component before defining its drawing and accepted manufacturing result.
Investment or die-casting scope
Water-glass and silica-sol are investment-casting directions. Agree which material and casting process apply to the requested part. Define the working conditions, component geometry and dimensions relevant to its use. The selected route needs its own dimensional, surface and inspection acceptance.
Machining resources and heat selection
Equipment includes CNC, lathe, milling and drilling directions. A 10,000m² manufacturing area supports the service. Identify the working details requiring the selected machining operations and their accepted geometry. Normalizing, tempering and hardening are heat-treatment choices to select for the actual material. Agree the treatment specification and its relationship to the component's finished requirements.
Surface and governing standards
Zinc plating and mirror polishing are surface directions. Define the treatment and covered areas for the selected metal, with the accepted appearance and surface condition. ASTM, DIN, ISO, BS and JIS are standard-system references. Identify the governing document and grade for the component. Bring the drawing revision, duty and chosen casting, machining and heat-treatment scope together with the dimensional, finish and inspection criteria for the OEM enquiry.
