High Dimensional Accuracy, Corrosion Resistant, Smooth Surface

Custom hydraulic valve bodies combine silica-sol lost-wax investment casting with CNC machining. Stainless steel is the primary direction, with SS304, SS316, carbon steel, alloy steel and aluminum among the material choices. The component can be considered for hydraulic systems, industrial machinery or automotive applications according to its selected design.

Valve passages and machined interfaces

Define the valve-body passages, connection geometry and interfaces that require CNC machining. The service emphasizes high dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance and a smooth surface. Agree how those characteristics are accepted for the chosen material and medium, together with the component's dimensional and operating requirements.

Custom size and larger drawing-based inquiries

Size is customizable, with 500 mm as the maximum-dimension reference. Larger sizes can be negotiated against the drawing, so the proposed geometry should make the required envelope and critical interfaces clear. Relate the size request to the actual hydraulic function rather than choosing an envelope independently of its internal and external features.

Material, treatment and color selection

Choose the material grade before agreeing the surface treatment. Polishing, powder coating, zinc plating and chrome plating are finish options, with silver, black, gold and custom-color directions available. The selected treatment should match the material, the areas to be finished and the dimensional acceptance of adjoining surfaces.

Material decision
Identify the exact grade and intended operating medium.
Surface decision
Define the treatment, color and surfaces requiring acceptance.

Hydraulic component acceptance

Establish the operating conditions and required inspection or pressure acceptance for the particular valve body. Those requirements connect the cast form, CNC features and finish to the intended hydraulic assembly. The OEM inquiry can then address a defined component while retaining the available material and surface choices.
