    High Temperature Resistance, Oxidation Resistance

OEM fixture trays use silica-sol investment/lost-wax casting for heat-treatment, industrial-furnace and metallurgy enquiries. High-temperature and oxidation-resistant design scope is reviewed against the selected material and actual service conditions. Custom size, surface treatment and color choices allow the component definition to address the intended fixture and its working environment.

Define the tray geometry and size

The dimensional scope reaches 500mm, with larger sizes reviewed per drawing. Identify the tray shape, required overall size and the interfaces that matter to its use. Agree the accepted geometry and finished dimensions for the actual fixture, including any drawing-defined requirement beyond the reference maximum dimension.

Select the alloy for the thermal duty

Material choices include SS304, SS316, carbon steel, alloy steel and aluminum. State the actual furnace or heat-treatment cycle, environment and functional conditions before selecting the exact alloy. Review high-temperature and oxidation-resistance requirements for that material and geometry, then define the result that the fixture must achieve in service.

Coordinate surface treatment and color

Finish enquiries include polished, powder-coated, zinc-plated and chrome-plated surfaces. Silver, black, gold and custom colors are available as appearance choices. Select the treatment and color combination compatible with the actual material and thermal exposure, and agree the relevant surface areas and finished appearance for the tray.

Approve the fixture against its intended use

Bring the selected alloy, tray dimensions and compatible surface condition into one component review. Agree dimensional inspection and functional acceptance for the heat-treatment, furnace or metallurgy duty. Confirm those requirements before approving the OEM lost-wax design, so that the casting and final treatment are assessed as the actual working fixture.
