Stainless steel petrochemical machinery parts combine precision lost wax investment casting with silica-sol and precision-machining directions. The component size reference is 40×30×20mm, and the surface treatment is sand blasting. OEM/ODM customization includes an engine-use direction, with the actual component and operating requirements to agree.
Petrochemical component or engine request
Identify the machinery component and the engine arrangement, where relevant, for the proposed part. Select the stainless grade against its actual working environment and define any pressure, temperature or corrosion requirement. Connect that duty to the component drawing and agreed material acceptance.
40×30×20mm and machining allocation
Use the project drawing to establish how the three dimensions are oriented and which interfaces must fit. Distinguish the cast geometry from locations requiring precision machining, with a dimensional limit for each controlled characteristic. Agree how those dimensions will be measured on the finished component.
Sand-blasted finished condition
Identify the surfaces receiving sand blasting and the required appearance or final condition. Define the acceptance criteria for those areas together with the drawing dimensions. This connects surface treatment to the actual supplied part and its intended machinery duty.
Engineering references and project responsibility
GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are engineering reference families, with the actual document, edition and grade to select. ISO9001:2015 is a quality-system reference requiring applicable organization/site documentation for any current certification requirement. Set the quantity, OEM/ODM responsibilities and inspected characteristics, methods and records around the accepted component drawing.
