Custom industrial metal work includes stainless-steel, aluminum and bronze investment-casting and CNC service directions. An industrial-pump direction accompanies OEM/ODM casting, machining when needed and surface treatment to requirements. Custom sizes and dimensions, together with a silver-color reference, help define the actual request.

Define the supplied pump object and inclusions

Establish whether the pump request concerns a cast or machined component, or a specifically defined assembly. Agree its actual inclusions and geometry before setting the manufacturing scope. Relate that definition to the industrial use intended for the supplied object so that the casting and CNC request addresses a clear physical requirement.

Choose the metal, machining and silver condition

Select the actual stainless-steel, aluminum or bronze grade for the requested work. Identify which geometry requires casting and which dimensions need machining or CNC operations. Describe the requested surface treatment and the silver-colored condition applicable to the actual part. Keep the material selection separate from the color requirement when agreeing the finished condition.

Set the dimensional and operating acceptance

Define the custom dimensions that govern acceptance of the selected component or specified assembly. Agree the surface criteria and any pump-specific operating or performance requirements relevant to that actual supply. Use those criteria with the chosen grade, geometry, inclusions and machining scope, so that the OEM/ODM request remains tied to the industrial pump object being supplied.
