Precision small cast parts are offered with machining and OEM or ODM service. Material requests include A380, ADC12 and AlSi7Mg. Confirm the actual casting route and selected material for the component before agreeing the manufacturing plan and finished-part acceptance.
Material and manufacturing-route selection
Define the small part geometry and the material required by its intended duty. Agree the casting and machining route that will be used for that particular design. Keep the selected process, material and component drawing together in the order so the manufacturing scope is explicit before approval.
Tolerance and finished surfaces
The tolerance range is 0.05–0.2 mm, with its feature and process-stage application to be agreed. Shot blasting and polishing are surface-treatment directions for the component. For a finish request described as painted hot-dip galvanizing, confirm the exact treatment sequence and suitability for the selected material, then define the required surface acceptance. Mark the treated areas on the approved drawing before selecting the finish sequence.
Application requirements for small parts
Application requests can include household and medical components, along with automotive, motorcycle and industrial parts. Define the actual operating duty, mating dimensions and documentation required by the chosen application. Medical-use requirements need component-specific material, process and acceptance evidence. Agree those requirements with the selected route, tolerance and finish before approving the small cast part for its intended use.
