Supplier TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing Factory with Design Support
Custom OEM and ODM lost-wax investment-casting directions include silica sol and medium-temperature wax. Precision is referenced as CT5–CT12 and ±0.05–0.5mm by size, with Ra1.6–3.2 Micro as-cast roughness. Select the actual supplied material and component drawing before assigning these references to controlled locations.
By-size cast limits and the as-cast surface
Identify the dimensions and casting grade required for the selected component size. Agree the actual numerical limits and measurement conditions represented by the tolerance range. Define the Micro roughness notation and assessment basis for the as-cast surfaces before setting final acceptance.
Heat treatment and electropolishing to the supplied material
Quenching and tempering, normalizing and annealing are heat-treatment directions to select for that material. Electropolishing is a finishing service, with actual covered areas and accepted condition to agree. Connect the selected thermal and surface work to the part's dimensional and working requirements.
CNC, polishing and assembly within the work allocation
Secondary directions include in-house CNC machining, polishing and assembly. Establish the actual responsible site and operations included for the component. Identify CNC-finished locations and assembly interfaces, relating the chosen work to the accepted drawing and final-condition criteria.
CMM, spectral, PT/MT/NDT and traceability deliverables
Testing support includes CMM inspection, material spectral report and PT/MT/NDT. Material traceability(COC) and PPAP are supported directions whose actual documents, characteristics and records need agreement. ISO9001 is a quality-system reference; confirm its applicable current document, responsible organization/site and scope where required. Set inspection and traceability acceptance for the selected part.
Design, DFM and samples for the component's use
Design support, DFM review and sample requests accompany custom work. Typical application directions include pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food/medical parts. Define actual duty, interfaces and any required pressure, contact or application-approval criteria. Agree sample purpose and comparison, quantity and OEM/ODM responsibilities against the drawing and chosen work.
