Precision lost wax casting requests cover complex stainless steel parts through OEM and ODM services. Powder coating is a finishing direction, with electric plating, sand blasting and lacquer also offered. Custom color is accepted, with the selected finish and appearance defined for the actual stainless component.
Complex stainless geometry and finish selection
Specify the stainless grade and the component geometry required for the lost wax work. Identify the dimensions and surfaces controlling the part's fit and function. Choose powder coating or the appropriate alternative finish, then agree the color reference and accepted surface condition for the selected grade and actual component duty.
Broader material and fabrication requests
Additional material directions are zinc, aluminum, copper and steel. Punching, stamping, bending and riveting are further fabrication request directions. Allocate the material and operations to the actual part rather than assuming every fabrication step applies to every stainless casting. Define the accepted geometry and finished condition for whichever work is selected.
Drawing directions and agreed testing content
Drawings can be discussed in 2D or 3D, with CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS directions. Establish the revision and geometry that govern the custom request. Agree the testing methods, criteria and records needed for the actual geometry and accepted finished surface. Confirm final project quantity with the selected grade, casting/fabrication scope and surface-color acceptance within the OEM or ODM order.
