    OEM\ODM

Custom iron and steel foundry services include lost-wax investment-casting and impeller or pump-component directions. Material choices are carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel and iron. OEM/ODM requirements should identify the actual component and its manufacturing route, with blanking, bending, forming, welding and anodizing considered only within the selected scope.

Select the impeller or other component route

Define the component geometry and choose the actual iron or steel grade before agreeing the operations required. Establish the casting, fabrication, welding and treated-area scope applicable to that part. For an impeller or other pump component, identify the dimensions and intended interface that matter to the request, rather than treating the broad process directions as one fixed sequence.

Locate the precision and standard requirements

The precision reference is ±0.01mm with ISO2768-mk. Agree the manufacturing stage and controlled dimensions to which it applies. Standard families include DIN, AISI, SAE, ASTM, UNS, GOST, ISO, BS, EN and JIS. Select the relevant numbered standard and material designation for the actual component, and connect its requirements to the drawing and dimensional acceptance.

Choose the measurements and tests to review

Testing equipment includes spectrograph, CMM, PP, roughness tester and tension tester. Define the actual checks and acceptance needed for the chosen material, geometry and supplied condition. Agree the scope of PP where it is required for the request. Keep dimensional, surface and material-test acceptance associated with the selected iron or steel component and its actual manufacturing operations.
