OEM and ODM custom metal enquiries include stainless-steel investment casting, machining and CNC processing. Material is selected to requirements. Define the actual grade and component drawing before agreeing the manufacturing and accepted finished result.
Component drawing and selected operations
Casting, machining if needed and surface treatment are process directions. Identify the working details requiring the chosen operations. State the component's operating conditions and define its dimensional and surface requirements. The manufacturing scope should refer to the actual material and geometry on the drawing.
Unsigned dimensional reference
The tolerance reference is 0.01–0.05mm without a signed tolerance. Agree the dimensions and manufacturing stage to which that reference applies. Define the inspection characteristics and acceptance criteria for the selected result. Bring the cast and machined geometry together with the drawing revision and required working details.
Surface and small-order requirements
Surface treatment follows customer demand, and small orders are accepted. Define the treated areas and accepted surface condition for the actual material. Agree the selected casting and machining scope with those component requirements.
Material reports and document scope
Material reports are provided for traceability. Identify the report requirements for the selected grade and component. CE, RoHS and ISO9001:2015 are certification or compliance references with applicable documents, object and scope to confirm. Agree those requirements with the drawing, duty and dimensional, surface and inspection acceptance for the enquiry.
