Service TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping
Define the water pump housing or engine cooling component around the system it needs to join. This OEM and ODM aluminum die-casting service supports custom size, material and surface finish, with manufacturing and prototyping scope agreed for the requested part.
Start with the housing interfaces and cooling-system requirements
Identify the geometry and connection requirements that the housing must satisfy in the intended assembly. The engine cooling application does not select a particular engine model or establish its operating acceptance. Provide the actual component requirements, including the conditions and checks that will determine whether the housing is suitable for the system.
Set the aluminum grade and casting plan
High-pressure and precision die casting and mold work are available service directions. Select the aluminum grade and agree the actual manufacturing route for the housing. The wider material menu includes zinc, aluminum, magnesium and stainless steel, with other material requests needing their own component and process definition.
Connect the finished surface to dimensional acceptance
The tolerance is ±0.05 mm, with custom tolerance available. Define the housing dimensions that need this control and choose the required surface condition from mill finish, anodizing or powder-coating enquiries as appropriate to the selected material. Quality control includes 100% inspection and CMM, projector, caliper and salt spray test methods; agree the checks and acceptance that apply to the actual component.
Carry the same revision into prototype and manufacturing enquiries
STP, STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T files can support the request. Use the same revision for the selected material, housing geometry, surface requirements and inspection scope. Confirm any required certification or compliance document for the ordered part, keeping that documentation separate from an assumed engine-fit or operating-performance guarantee.
