Custom carbon-steel investment casting and CNC machining support industrial spare-part enquiries with OEM and ODM customization. Aluminum alloy and stainless steel are additional material directions. Select the component and actual grade before agreeing its casting and machining scope.
Industrial material and component choice
Broader capabilities include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals, stainless steel and steel alloys. Identify which material and manufacturing direction belong to the requested spare part. Define its duty and drawing geometry with the required finished result.
Machining, micro work and prototypes
Operations include broaching, drilling, etching or chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning and wire EDM. CNC and micro machining are capability directions, with rapid prototyping also available. Select the operations and micro geometry required by the component. Agree their dimensional and inspection criteria within the actual manufacturing scope.
Tolerance and surface directions
The tolerance reference is 0.01mm. Identify the covered dimensions, stage and measurement acceptance for the selected part. Surface directions include polishing, painting, silk screen, chrome and coating. Agree the actual chrome process and finished condition, together with the covered surfaces for the chosen material.
QC and sample requirements
Quality control includes 100% QC for the component enquiry. Define the actual checks and accepted dimensional or surface results. Sample requests can accompany the OEM/ODM review, with their purpose and acceptance to agree. Provide the grade, part drawing and industrial duty with the selected operations, finish and inspection requirements.
