Custom foundry casting supports industrial machinery parts in carbon steel, stainless steel or iron. OEM and ODM service includes customer logo requirements, with sand, investment and gravity casting enquiries selected for the actual project. The material grade and component geometry should define the manufacturing route and required acceptance.

Choose the alloy and casting route for the machinery part

Specify the required carbon steel, stainless steel or iron grade with the component drawing. Identify the part's function, mating dimensions and working duty. Confirm whether sand, investment or gravity casting is the selected route before finalizing the process requirements for that geometry.

Define optional machining and surface acceptance

Casting can be followed by machining when needed and surface treatment. Mark the dimensions requiring additional work and agree the acceptance requirements at that stage. Describe the required surface condition and the affected surfaces so the proposed treatment can be considered for the selected material.

Include customer marking in the component definition

Custom logo requirements can be included with the drawing. Specify the required marking and its position for the actual machinery component. Keep the marking requirement consistent with the surface and dimensional criteria used for the casting enquiry.

Link full inspection with the machinery acceptance plan

ISO9001 and TS16949 certification accompanies the industrial casting service, with RoHS compliance requirements defined for the ordered component. The 100% inspection commitment should be tied to that machinery casting's dimensions, surfaces, methods and required records. Use the approved grade and drawing revision to define those checks. This gives the OEM/ODM project a consistent basis for evaluating the casting, optional operations and customer marking.
