Custom casting enquiries include brass sand casting, aluminum gravity and investment casting, and stainless-steel castings. Ductile iron is another material capability. OEM and ODM customization, CAD service, investment casting and CNC machining support the review of the selected component.

Which casting direction fits the part?

Identify the actual material grade and manufacturing route for the request. The brass, aluminum, stainless-steel and ductile-iron directions need a defined component and drawing. Select any CNC-machining requirements together with the casting direction, so their dimensional acceptance concerns the same finished part.

Auto, pump, valve and agricultural duties

Application directions include auto parts, pump and valve parts, mechanical parts and agricultural parts. State the actual duty and geometry needed for the chosen component. Set out the dimensional and finished-surface requirements associated with that use, then agree the inspection criteria for the manufactured result.

Drawing-based size and client specification

Size follows the customer's drawing, while the standard follows the client's specification. STEP, STL and IGS are drawing-format directions for the customized CAD review. Identify the applicable specification and the accepted dimensions rather than leaving the request at a broad material or application name.

  1. Select the component, material grade and casting route.
  2. Provide the drawing and the client's applicable specification.
  3. Define CNC requirements and the dimensional, surface and inspection acceptance.

These inputs bring the casting and CAD services together around the actual pump, valve, auto, mechanical or agricultural component requested.
