OEM/ODM casting work covers aluminum, stainless-steel and ductile-iron component directions, with die, investment and sand-casting routes. Precision references are CT4–CT6 for investment and CT10–CT12 for sand casting. In-house tooling design, mold manufacturing and prototyping support the actual part, material and selected manufacturing task.
Route-specific CT and smooth-surface requirements
Define the controlled dimensions governed by the selected investment- or sand-casting grade. The smooth-finish reference is Ra1.6–3.2, with its unit, measured areas and acceptance to agree. Connect those requirements to the actual material and route, establishing the supplied-component geometry and surface condition needed for the part.
Five surface-treatment choices
Surface directions are shot blasting, powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, e-coating and painting. Select the material-appropriate treatment and identify its covered areas. Agree the dimensional and finished-surface acceptance after the chosen work, relating the required condition to the actual casting geometry and supplied component.
Tooling, mold and prototype input
Drawing inputs include STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG and PDF. Define the actual tooling-design, mold-manufacturing and prototype scope using the selected geometry input. Connect that work to the component material, casting route and controlled dimensions, agreeing the supplied-part requirements and acceptance for the requested OEM/ODM task.
Full inspection and the named measurement methods
The custom-casting quality scope includes 100% inspection with CMM, projector, caliper, salt-spray testing and spectrometer-analysis directions. Select the actual methods and areas appropriate to the material and treated surfaces. Agree their acceptance criteria in relation to the component drawing and manufacturing route, defining the quality requirements for the supplied part.
