OEM/ODM precision investment/lost-wax casting enquiries include aluminum grades A360, A380, A390, ADC-12 and ADC10, plus zinc-alloy ZA-3 and ZA-5 material scope. Custom component requirements guide the material and manufacturing review. A stainless-steel enquiry needs a separate exact-material definition for the part being developed.

Select the alloy and component route

Identify the actual aluminum or zinc-alloy specification and the geometry required by the design. Agree the material-appropriate casting route and finished component definition before approving production. Review any stainless-steel alternative against its own specification and requirements, keeping each material enquiry connected to the selected part and manufacturing plan.

Give the 0.01mm reference a dimensional basis

Confirm the sign, relevant dimensions and processing basis for the 0.01mm tolerance reference. Define the measurement condition and acceptance criteria for the applicable features. Link those requirements to the selected component geometry, so that precision can be reviewed against the actual finished result required by the drawing.

Choose a compatible surface finish

Finish choices include anodizing, nickel plating, zinc plating and polishing. Select the route compatible with the actual material and agree the surfaces, appearance and finished dimensions that matter to the component. Review the accepted surface result alongside its functional geometry before settling the final treatment requirements.

Use samples and the actual application requirements

Samples are available for communication-equipment, automation-machinery and medical-device component enquiries. Define the selected part's actual duty and the acceptance needed for that use, then review the sample and applicable ISO9001 certificate scope. Confirm material, dimensional and surface acceptance together, including any specific medical-component requirements relevant to the proposed part.
