Service TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping
Custom OEM/ODM aluminum die-cast parts include A380, A360 and A413 references for motor/LED housing inquiries. High-pressure precision die casting, die-casting mold work, ultrasonic cleaning and prototyping are actual service directions. The tolerance reference is ±0.05 mm, with custom tolerance available for the selected component.
Housing material, geometry and mold work
Define the actual housing or part and its alloy requirement. Broader material directions include zinc, aluminum, magnesium and stainless steel, with the actual material/process pairing to agree. Connect the selected geometry to the die/mold and cleaning work needed for that component, identifying the interfaces and surfaces that establish its finished condition.
±0.05 mm and the required finish
Agree which dimensions use the tolerance reference and where custom tolerance is required. Define the actual process stage and measurement basis. Mill finish, anodizing and powder coating are finish choices; specify any additional treatment needed for the actual material. Identify the treated areas and connect their dimensional and visual acceptance to the housing geometry.
Full inspection and actual test criteria
Quality control covers 100% inspection with CMM, projector, caliper and salt-spray testing directions. Select the inspection method and relevant areas for the actual component. Agree the dimensional, surface and test acceptance around the chosen alloy, cleaning and finish, so the requested checks address the specific work and condition needed for the housing.
Prototyping inputs and application requirements
3D inputs include STP, STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T for the OEM/ODM manufacturing or prototyping task. Application directions cover automotive, electronics, industrial machinery and medical-device components. Define the actual function, operating conditions and any qualification needed for the chosen use. Include those requirements with the alloy, geometry and inspection scope for the requested housing or die-cast part.
