Custom 304 and 316 stainless steel casting services include lost wax investment casting and CNC machining. OEM and ODM requests offer custom color and a 100% inspection direction. Other steel or iron requests need their actual material and manufacturing scope agreed for the component.
304 or 316 component and CNC allocation
Choose the supplied grade and define the geometry and working duty of the requested casting. Identify the component's casting and CNC-machining requirements together. Agree which dimensions and interfaces govern acceptance, with the actual manufacturing scope recorded for the selected stainless or other steel/iron part.
Unsigned 0.2 mm reference and cast surface
A 0.2 mm tolerance reference is available, with the sign convention, actual feature allocation and measurement basis to confirm. Define the limits needed by the part's drawing. Burr, sand-hole and appearance requirements should be agreed as actual surface acceptance criteria. Select the custom color and required finished condition without assuming a particular coating process.
Full inspection for the custom casting scope
The stainless casting request includes 100% inspection, with the characteristics and actual checks to establish for that component. Define the dimensions and surfaces to inspect and the records needed to demonstrate acceptance. Agree the inspection methods against the selected grade, casting/CNC work and required appearance. Confirm the OEM or ODM design/manufacturing responsibility and project quantity with that complete accepted component scope before ordering.
