Customized OEM and ODM machinery-part work includes precision investment/lost-wax casting in stainless 304/316 and cast-iron directions. Machining is included if needed, with surface treatment to customer demand. Strict 100% inspection supports the selected work, with actual component requirements and inspection coverage to agree.

304, 316 or cast iron for the machinery arrangement

Select the supplied material specification and the component geometry it must produce. Define the machinery interfaces and working duty that determine the required fit. Connect the accepted material and cast dimensions to the actual functional and final-condition requirements.

Optional machining on the selected casting

Allocate any machining needed to finish the drawing locations that require it. Set the dimensional limits, datums and measurement conditions for those areas. Relate the cast and machined requirements to the chosen material and the component's final mating arrangement.

Customer-demand surface with actual acceptance criteria

Choose the actual surface method and covered areas for the machinery component. Define the accepted appearance or condition, considering its material, geometry and working environment. Agree how those surface requirements will be checked together with dimensional and functional acceptance.

Strict checks and the applicable machinery quality scope

Define the characteristics covered by strict 100% inspection and the methods and records used to accept them. Establish applicable ISO9001 and TS16949 quality-system documents and the responsible organization/site for this work. Identify the actual RoHS object and conformity basis where required, with current scope to confirm. Agree quantity and OEM/ODM responsibilities with the accepted material, drawing, surface and inspection plan.
